Are you looking for a varied internship or a part-time student job at a dynamic, successful, and forward-looking company? Then you’ve come to the right place! We’re looking for your support as a part-time student or intern. You will be responsible for researching selected topics related to the energy transition and for developing and describing energy-saving actions. You will analyze and present energy consumption data, review and edit system diagrams, and assist with initial assessments.
What the role entails
We offer internships and part-time student positions. The weekly work schedule varies depending on the individual case.
Technical Projects Division
- Analysis and presentation of our Clients' energy consumption data (using software)
- Review and editing of technical system diagrams
- Assistance with inventory and data collection (including on-site inspections of the systems)
- Development, calculation, and description of actions for energy savings and CO2 reduction in client projects
- Support for energy management projects in accordance with ISO 50001
- Preparation of final reports and presentations
- Research on selected topics related to the energy transition and preparation of findings for our team
EnEffCo® Software Solution Division
- Support with real-time data integration of all media, status, and production data
- Data analysis and troubleshooting of potential data connection issues
- Analysis and visualization of our Clients’ energy consumption data (software-supported)
- Preparation and editing of reports on energy monitoring, benchmarking, and savings tracking
- Supporting users of our energy management software EnEffCo® in achieving their goals in the areas of energy and CO2 management
- Application of machine learning methods to identify energy-saving potential
- Development and testing of LLM-based solutions to improve efficiency in energy data analysis
What we are looking for
- You are in the advanced stages of your university studies, preferably in an engineering program
- You have a strong background in energy technology and energy economics
- You have knowledge of machine learning and data science (e.g., transformer models, random forests, gradient boosting, neural networks, or reinforcement learning)
- You have an interest in or initial experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical applications
- You are familiar with efficient AI-supported work methods such as prompt engineering or automated data analysis
- You have excellent written and spoken German skills
- You are interested in learning new things and furthering your professional development
